Because these Big Healeys were largely hand built, some of the trim pieces need to be cut to size. The polished aluminum trim that fits around the rear shroud and on top of the doors is several inches too long and must be cut to length and polished on each end. The shut face finisher kit, pictured to the right, also requires trimming. There is a vinyl bead that fits under this panel and trims out the edge against the jamb. The threshold will be fitted soon. A great look...don't you think?
We finished trouble shooting the electrical today and discovered a few parts that needed to be replaced. They will be ordered tomorrow and received by the end of the week.

The interior work will begin as soon as the electrical is totally functional.
