SEATS AND CARPETS COMPLETED

The installation of the interior is almost complete.  Today we finished the carpet installation and fitted the seats and slides.
The carpet for the transmission tunnel turned out very well.  We bound the edges around the shifter boot and the mounting flange on the tunnel.

The new leather seats and slides went together without a problem.

Gus covered the rear wheel house panels while Don and I were fitting the seats.

The rear seat back is also used as a storage cover for the convertible top.

After the door panels and kick panels are fitted, the interior will be complete.

The archive listing of this blog contains detailed step-by-step photos and narratives regarding this restoration since it began late last December.  Please direct any comments and questions to tommystoplesscars@yahoo.com.

This is a happy Healey...
